Noah's A.R.T.  - Lived Experience and Volunteer Questionnaire
Noah's A.R.T. provides holistic, person-centered and innovative animal-assisted interventions in Tameside, incorporating animals, nature and creativity. Over the past 6 years, we have worked to develop each of our unique interventions, making them as inclusive as possible. These services are available to individuals at any point in their mental health journey. Whether they be a troubled youth, an inpatient in a mental health ward, an individual with dementia at the end of life, a member of the local community or many others, we are able to provide support for all.

We are seeking to restructure our services and become a community hub, where clients and volunteers can move between interventions and roles to best suit their interests, capacity and mental state. In this way, we build a support network that remains in place regardless of relapse or progress.

As someone with lived experience, we are seeking your input to help inform our approach and offering to best suit the needs of our community. Thank you for taking part in this survey.
