Commissioner is Able to Make Agreement
By agreeing to these guidelines and submitting your request, you are indicating that you are older than 18 years old and are otherwise able to agree to these guidelines.
Submitter is Representative of Commissions on Behalf of a Group
If your commission request is on behalf of a group of people, the person submitting the form (you, in this case) is the only point of contact for the commission. I will not consult the other members of the group for this commission.
Commissioner Must Be Allowed to Use All Characters Depicted
You must be allowed to use any characters that you are requesting to be drawn.
Prohibited Requests
Your request may be denied at my discretion, but I do try to be clear on what I will not draw. Requests for art meant to depict or be used for the following will not be accepted:
- Bigotry or hate images/propaganda or hateful
themes, including Nazi or other hate symbology, apartheid governments,
TERF/transphobic messaging, or dog-whistles such as glorification of law
enforcement.
- Depictions of unethical practices like cub, child abuse, or bestiality.
Copyright and Authorship Remains Solely With ArtistI maintain the copyright and authorship of any works that I create. Please respect the following unless specified otherwise:
- Do not alter or sell any commissions or pieces that I make.
- Any copies or parts of the work, digital or otherwise, must be properly attributed.
- Commercial use of the work requested, or elements of it, without permission is not allowed.
- Using the work for NFTs or for use in AI/ML/Generative modelling is prohibited.
Commercial Use Is Prohibited Unless Agreed UponCommercial Use of my work is prohibited unless we have an agreement on commercial usage.
- Commercial use is any activity that generates revenue, either for yourself or a third party.
- Commercial use can include selling the work or copies of the work or parts of the work in any format, generating merchandise for sale that uses the work, or using the work to create or attract advertisements in other products.
Please discuss commercial use of the work you are commissioning with me if that is of interest to you. If an agreement is present, certain prohibitions may not apply depending on the nature of the agreement. In any case, attribution must be present on the work, no matter the commercial use.
Non-Commercial Use Is Allowed With AttributionYou may use the work for non-commercial use with attribution to me.
Examples of non-commercial use include but aren't limited to:
- Posting it on your social media.
- Printing out copies for yourself or your friends.
- Charging a fee to exclusively cover the cost of printing and shipping is acceptable.
- Making (and not selling) merchandise exclusively for yourself or a small group.
- As part of a creative work that is produced for free and for free access.
- Ex. Zine, fanfiction pairing, part of a different illustration, etc.
- If you use parts of my work in one of your works (ex. a poster in a character's room), please link back to the work in the description or use attribution.
- As reference material in your own original artistic pursuits.
- Do not trace my work or otherwise present a copy of my work as your own or someone else's.
- While not required, saying that you referenced me is a kind gesture. I would
also love to know who is referencing me so I can say hi and shout out
their work!

How am I using your email?
Emails are enabled on this form to have a secondary point of contact for the commission in case I lose access to your preferred means of communicating. You can enter any email you feel comfortable with giving to me for use here. Please provide one that you are likely to monitor.
If you are currently logged into a Google account, this form will not collect that (to the best of my knowledge). Only the email you provide will be collected.
