Our Mission:
Love 4 Immigrants is a social space for immigrants’ support. It aims to connect immigrants to their communities, as respected, loved, and heard individuals by sharing their narrative through art and storytelling.

Our 2021 Main Event:
Love 4 Immigrant's 2021 virtual reality exhibition, Un-Weaved Stories:

“Whirling and Twirling” represents the rich and diverse cultures we come from but had to migrate for different reasons. “The Day We Said Goodbye” shows the pain of leaving family and loved ones. “Day One” is where the journey begins for some. “Astra Traveling L’Ouvre symbolizes the challenges we have survived along the way that makes us stronger. “By Boat” represents the moment of arrival in a new society. (Also speaks to the current challenges refugees are facing.) “Uce” symbolizes the bonds we forge in new societies, challenging how we define family.  “Latino Mother” shows the family we give birth to and that special parent and child connection. “Sabiduria” unites the generations and shows that a grandfather's strength can be the love he shares. Habitada is the journey of memories depicted in the body and a bridge that continues to tell the story of an immigrants’ journey. “Unexpected Eviction” shows the current moment of how covid-19 can impact migrants (particularly women). “Leave Mask” represents the exploration of cultural aspects and objects that are part of our roots and identity. The whole curation captures the immigrant journey. (Written by Seyram and updated by Maribel)
