10.30am - 2.30pm is aimed at Schools but the exhibition is also open to the public 12pm - 4pm.

What to expect:
The timetable of pre-bookable activities will be issued on the week commencing 25th September. It will cover topics such as an introduction to the Creative Industries and Careers, as well as specific industries, tours of university facilities and specific industry workshops.
The event is a combination of exhibitions open for the duration, and bookable presentations and workshops covering the Creative Industries, designed for Years 9 – 13. There will be exhibitionsby professionals and organisations from a variety of creative industries, from Film, TV and Games to Events, Design and Publishing. There will be hands on demonstrations. There will be info on creative industry courses at the University of Northampton including tours of some of the facilities, and we will provide worksheets to do on site or on your return to school.

Expo – Northampton Film Festival This year we’re covering more of the Creative Industries so expect the event to be even bigger!

We appreciate the number of students, times and transport methods etc may change for you before November but please give us your best indicator for now.
Please note your places aren’t confirmed until you receive your confirmation email from Northampton Film Festival. We may need to limit numbers if we get close to capacity. But for now please input your ideal numbers.

Please note, while the day is designed for those in Education, the event is also open to the public and the university is a public space. We require students to be supervised at all times and with a ratio of 1 adult per 15 students as a minimum. Lunch is not provided.
