We wish to continue developing our walking football offer for the county further follwoing feedback from stakeholders in the game, to ensure all have a opportunity to the play game in a format that suits their needs and availability.

- Weekly/ bi-weekly centralized venue leagues
- Monthly fixture flexi league

Once you have completed the follwoing form and outlined the walking football formats you'd like to enter a team/s into a member of The Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA will be in touch to affiliate your club (If not done so already), as well as provide further details and next steps on your chosen formats.

FA Affiliation
- One off £65 fee per club (Covering full 22/23 season)
- Provides your team with access to County FA support and entry into all FA competitions
- Includes Public Liability covering all players and members associated to your teams
