The sanctioning fees for single-day tournaments are set at $175.00 per official. The number of officials required is determined based on the number of teams participating (one official per 12 teams), the number of divisions (with a minimum of one official per separate division), and/or the number of facilities being utilized (with a minimum of one official per facility).

For tournaments that request sanctioning within two weeks of the event date, an additional $50.00 administrative fee is applicable. This fee accounts for the challenges involved in finding available officials on short notice.

In the event of a sanctioned tournament being canceled less than one week prior to the scheduled date, the entire sanction fee will be forfeited.

Any changes, such as the addition or cancellation of officials or facilities, made less than one week prior to the scheduled date will result in additional costs for the host.
