You understand that this retreat involves physical activity like yoga/meditation, hiking/walking long distances, and sitting for hours while traveling via van. Are you volunteering to participate in these activities and pledging that you are in good health and able to participate? *
You understand that the $600 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and reserves your space to participate in this international yoga retreat in Morocco? You will receive an invoice for the balance. You understand that payment in full is due by May 1, 2024? You understand that any payment refund requests must be made before May 1, 2024 and are subject to the discretion of the retreat organizer and determined by how much of the retreat expenses have already been paid for on your behalf.  *
You understand that you will have 1 to 2 roommates for the entire retreat, unless you've paid a premium for a single room at the Marrakech/Agafay accommodation. The single room rate only applies to your room at the  Marrakech/Agafay accommodation. Everyone will have 1 roommate at the respective accommodations.

*Read all emails/correspondences and stay informed regarding the retreat prior to joining the retreat;
*Acquire a valid passport, visa and travel insurance;
*Be responsible for CoVid 19 requirements;
*Make roundtrip flight arrangements at your expense;
*Meet the group at designated times for provided airport and excursions transportation;
*Respect the culture and laws of Morocco;
*Respect the expectations, retreaters, organizer and employees;
*Remain with the group;
*Be responsible for my own belongings and money to cover additional expenses e.g., meals not included in itinerary, shopping/souvenirs, tips, etc.
*Being photographed and audio/video recorded for promotion without any compensation or copyright.
*Release Yoga Infinitum, LLC, Nasirah Denisse Gaines, retreat participants and employed parties from liability of any harm or loss, including death.
