Pricing and Payments
 
* Your 1st High Fitness Class with me is always free! Class is then $10/adult or $5/child age 10-17.
* Punch Passes are also available and a great money-saver! Punch Passes give you (10) classes with no expiration for $80 ($8/class).

Payments may be sent in advance via Venmo to: @Briannahill121 or Zelle to: 904-537-2790 (Brandon Hill). Cash is also accepted in person at class. Please bring exact amounts, if possible.

Welcome to our new temporary location! Meet at the open concrete square in front of the Bandshell Thursdays at 7pm. Restrooms are located at the other end of the park, near the large playground. Since we are now outdoors, I recommend bringing lots of water and perhaps a cold, chilled towel. Also, you should be prepared with mosquito repellant as we will be right off Lake Eustis. The perks? Plenty of fresh air, the chance to ground with Mother Earth, and a safe exercise environment. Let's sweat! No, really... we are going to really sweat (LOL).
WHAT IS HIGH FITNESS?
Is there another night or day of the week that you would be interested in attending class? If so, which day of the week works best for your schedule? I may add additional nights in the future if there is enough interest.

Do you have any song requests? I can't guarantee that your song of choice has been added to the High Fitness choreography library, but if you have a jam, I'd love to do it for you! You can also list fave genres of music too.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The beautiful thing about High Fitness is that you get to take the class at YOUR level! I will showcase plenty of modifications so that you can reach your fitness and stress-relief goals no matter where you are on your health journey. Wear tennis shoes with good arch support (we do a lot of lateral movements such as lunges and higher impact moves such as tuck jumps), comfortable, breathable clothing, and most importantly, a bottle of water. Stay hydrated! You may wish to also bring a small towel, if you are a sweater like myself! Ready to see what a class is all about? Check out the video link below! I can't wait to meet you in person! Brianna is a newly certified High Fitness Instructor (Jan of 2020), but has been an active participant for nearly five years. Originally from the central valley of California, she now resides in Eustis with her husband and three children. When she isn't teaching High Fitness, Brianna works as a Manager and Advisor for Off to Neverland Travel, LLC. She loves cooking, making visits to the beach, and is a theme park junkie! She is very excited to bring High Fitness to the northwest Orlando area!
