Merit Board Interview Application - WO2 Promotions

754 Phoenix Squadron will be conducting Merit Boards for promotion to the rank of WO2 on April 19, April 26, and May 3 in-person at LHQ. If we run out of time slots, we may extend the board dates.

Please sign up for one or more evenings. You may be scheduled at any point during your available dates.

Dress is winter dress (jacket, tie, etc.).

You will be asked a series of questions regarding your career in cadets and your future goals within the organization, as well as a hypothetical scenario that you may encounter as a Warrant Officer.
