(SENIOR) WNC Registrations (Winter 2022) - Expression of Interest

Keen to play for Walkerville Netball Club next winter season 2022? We’d love to have you join our club!

We are looking for laid back legends who are passionate netballers on the court, can have a laugh after a game and let their hair down, and are good sportswomen.

🔹 All players (past and new) will need to complete this Expression of Interest Form (EOI) to request a registration spot at WNC for the upcoming 2022 winter season.

🔹 The EOI will ONLY be open for 2 weeks from Monday 6 December, closing on Sunday 19 December 2021.

🔹 An email will be sent to players who have successfully secured a spot at WNC the week of 10 Jan 2022, inviting them to register on PlayHQ. The invitation to register must be actioned within the dates provided or the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. (If you will be away at this time, please notify the club in advance by emailing walkervillenetballclub@gmail.com so we can keep your spot on hold until you return).  Once registered, you will be guaranteed a spot in a team, irrespective of try outs.

 🔹 Those who aren’t successful will go onto a waitlist.

 🔹 Trials will be in February. (NOTE: Attendance at trials is compulsory)
Potential dates (TBC): AMND + A Grade - Mon 31st Jan, Wed 3rd Feb
                                        B1 - C4 Grades - Wed 9th Feb, + Sun 13th Feb + Wed 16th Feb

The new registration process has been introduced for a number of reasons, but importantly, we want to ensure we have an even spread of positions across the club and we are still committed to keeping our inclusive culture where our lower grades are just as important as our top.

Expressions of interests will be assessed on various criteria, including:

🤍 the time you register (first in best dressed)
💙 the positions you play
🤍 if you are keen to help out on the committee, coach or umpire
💙 if you are a past player
🤍 if you are a dedicated player, with the right attitude and embody the Walkies spirit!
