Focussing on what we want, what helps us to get there, and small next steps. (Solution focus avoids getting bogged down in what is not working and all of the problems.) - Practicing compassion, curiosity, and respect for everyone in the workshop. - High engagement with the theme of this workshop. - Deep listening, fast turn-taking, and appreciation of different points of view. - Allowance for diverse experiences and ways of thinking.
