The Worship Team invites you for a special "Front Lawn" outdoor worship service this Sunday, August 29, at 10:30 AM. The staff, musicians, Elders and others will lead worship from the covered portico at McMahan Hall. Bring a picnic lunch and stick around after the service to enjoy conversation and connection. There are several ways you can worship on Sunday:

Sit outside on a lawn chair, blanket or the grass in the shade of the front lawn trees.

Drive in and park your vehicle. Tune to 91.1 FM to hear the worship service through your radio. Limited spots are available facing the stage, however other parking is also available (see image below). 

Live stream the worship service from home or any location with internet access using the South Elkhorn website, Facebook Page, or YouTube Channel.

Mask up and go inside to the air conditioned Christian Ministry Center where the Outdoor Worship service will be broadcast on the big screen and sound system. 

FOR THE SERVICE:

Communion: you can bring your own communion from home or get pre-packaged communion from the welcome station when you arrive. 

Offering: you can drop off tithes and offerings with the deacons at the welcome station. Learn more about giving, including online and electronic options at southelkhorncc.org/give

Children's Sermon and Worship & Wonder: children will be invited to come to the outdoor stage for the children's moment during the service. Then children are invited to return to their seats or follow the Children's Coordinators for Worship and Wonder in the building. Children can be picked up from the Worship & Wonder rooms when the service is complete (using the doors of the Christian Ministry Center).

Nursery: available indoors for children 6 weeks - 2 years of age. Enter using the Christian Ministry Center main doors. 

PICNIC FOLLOWING THE SERVICE
You can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy conversation and connection with the church family. 

RAIN PLAN
In the case of inclement weather, you are invited to mask up and come indoors for worship in the Christian Ministry Center. Email, text alert, and social media posts will deliver that information Sunday morning.
