The 2019 NCSCA Fall Conference will be held November 13-15 at the Embassy Suites Resort and Convention Center in Concord, NC. We are now accepting Graduate Poster Session submissions!

The Graduate Student Poster Session:
Date: Thursday, November 14, 2019
Time: 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Location: Concord Pre-function A

The Graduate Student Luncheon and Panel:
Topic: Transitioning from Graduate Student to Professional School Counselor
Date: Thursday, November 14, 2019
Time: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Location: Botanical

Submission: Graduate Students please submit your proposals by completing this Google Form.

Deadline for Submission is: Monday, October 7, 2019

Notice of Poster Session acceptance will be e-mailed to first presenters by Tuesday, October 1, 2019.

Important note: All first/primary presenters will receive a complimentary full conference registration. Second and third presenters do not have to register for 1 day or full conference if they are ONLY staying for the graduate student poster session, panel, and luncheon. If you would like to register for the full conference then the early registration deadline is October 20, 2019. Attendance to the Graduate Student Luncheon/Panel is highly recommended for ALL Graduate Student Poster Session presenters.
