Save time at check-in and pre-register to bring in a single item to sell or trade. You will still need to check-in your item. Deadline to pre-register an item is March 20, 2024.
- Ticket holders may bring in ONE item to Sell or Trade - no additional fee.
- (You must have a ticket to enter: TICKETS ) You may only begin entry at or after the time on your ticket.
- All items must be registered and tagged at check-in.
- All items sold must be issued a receipt which must be presented upon exiting the building, or the dealer/owner must accompany the purchaser to the door. Blank receipt forms will be available at Instrument Check-in. Valid Government I.D. will be collected at registration.
- All deals are strictly between the parties involved.
- The organizers/promoters – Mid Atlantic Guitar Show, Frantic Music Project, Frantic Frets Music & Antiques, The Rehoboth Beach Convention/City of Rehoboth, or any volunteers, employees, or assigns are not responsible for items, lost/damaged, injury or any sales, trades, purchases.
- NO SALES/PURCHASES/TRADES shall occur anywhere except for inside the Exhibit Hall.
No trades/deals are to be conducted inside or outside or on the grounds of the Convention
Center Hall, or adjacent street/parking lot. Any Exhibitor or Attendee participating in these
outside deals will be asked to leave immediately and no refund, full or partial, will be issued.
- You may have a note on the case of what's inside - if an individual show attendee is interested (not an exhibitor), please conduct business in an area away from the dealer tables, such as one of the demo rooms.
- There are two rooms available for the demonstration of guitars, pedals, amps. Demo amps are available and we will have volunteers on standby to help you.
- No bootleg, illegal, knockoff, or unlicensed items are permitted for sale. NO EXCEPTIONS
- NO SMOKING ON PREMISES
- NO Outdoor Food or Alcohol. Anyone found with outside food or alcohol will be asked to leave - no refunds.
- NO Early Entry. You may only begin entry during the assigned time based on your ticket purchase.
- Maximize your sale. Make sure your item is clean and setup.
- While we cannot enforce this, if you have a number of items you are trying to sell, please BE RESPECTFUL of our show organizers and the exhibitors who paid to be at the show, and purchase a table. Advertising other items for sale other than the one you may carry in, is kind of uncool. We would like to make this an annual event, and an enjoyable and a profitable experience for everyone.
