Unlike many clubs, we don’t pay our performance players - instead, we offer something more meaningful: a welcoming, diverse community, a brilliant social life, and the opportunity to build real connections with people from all walks of life and professional backgrounds.

NB. Being able to secure a handful of top tier players/coaches could make a huge difference to the rest of the club, both in terms of coaching and other opportunities. For reference, a lot of the big clubs have wealthy investors who offer players a wage, free housing or sometimes both -- so we have a lot to compete with!
