2024 Metroplex Summer School of Truth  - Hospitality Sign-up
The 2024 Metroplex Summer School of Truth (SSOT) will be held in the meeting hall of the church in Irving (3600 Esters Rd, Irving, TX 75062) beginning at 6:30pm on Friday, June 7, through 1pm on Lord's Day, June 16, 2024. The SSOT is for those who will be in the 7th through 12th grades in the fall of 2024, along with their serving ones.

The attendees will be offered hospitality in the homes of the saints in Irving, Arlington, DeSoto, and Dallas, on the nights of Friday, June 7, and Saturday, June 8, (two nights) and then on the nights of Thursday, June 13, through Saturday, June 15 (three nights). The attendees will stay in their own homes from Lord's Day, June 9, through Wednesday, June 12.

Hospitality summary:

First weekend
Friday, June 7 - Guests will arrive around 9pm
Saturday, June 8 - Guests will leave for the meeting hall around 8:30am, be back for a rest time between around 3pm and 5pm, and return for the night around 9pm
Lord's Day, June 9 - Guests will leave after breakfast around 8:30am

Second weekend
Thursday, June 13 - Guests will arrive around 9pm
Friday, June 14 - Guests will leave for the meeting hall around 8:30am and return for the night around 9pm
Saturday, June 15 - Guests will leave for the meeting hall around 8:30am, be back for a rest time between around 3pm and 5pm, and return for the night around 9pm
Lord's Day, June 16 - Guests will leave after breakfast around 8:30am

Hosts will be required to provide breakfast each morning and snacks each evening and afternoon. We are happy to reimburse the hosts for any food costs incurred (we will ask for receipts).

Background checks are required for everyone in the host home over the age of 18.

We would prefer if the hosts could have five or more guests. The SSOT ratio is one serving one for every four young people. We will assign only brothers or only sisters to each home. It is likely that the guests will have their own transportation, but in any event transportation will not be the host's responsibility.

Please note that completing this form does not mean that you will necessarily be assigned hospitality.
