Restrictions and Responsibilities
This agreement applies to any technology device owned by the school.  This agreement is applicable to iPads, laptops and any other Parker School technology equipment.  All conditions of the Parker School Acceptable Use Policy apply regardless of where or by whom this device is used.  You may be held responsible for damage or loss of the device.

You may not take any Parker School technology device off-campus before completing this form.  You agree to return the device in the same condition as it was received.

You take sole responsibility for the device and its use during the checkout period, including when you transport it in a personal vehicle or use it at your home or any other location.

The following conditions must be followed when using the device off-campus:
-Regardless of whether you are at home, or anywhere with internet access, you may not browse sites that are not allowed at school.
-Family members or others are not permitted to use the device for internet browsing.
-Personally owned software is not to be installed onto the device.  Do not store any files on the device which could constitute copyright or licensing violation or could be deemed illegal or of an inappropriate nature.  
-If the device is stolen, file a police report immediately.
