Tällä lomakkeella keräämme tarpeelliset tiedot uusien Rotary-klubisivujen perustamista varten. Lomakkeella kysytään perustietoja, kuten klubin nimi, toivomanne url-osoite, webmasterin nimi ja sähköpostiosoite, yhteydenottolomakkeeseen syötettävä sähköpostiosoite sekä laskutustietonne.

Kun täytätte lomakkeen tiedot ja lähetätte sen eteenpäin, perustamme teille uuden sivupohjan. Webmasterinne saa ilmoituksen ylläpitotunnuksista sähköpostiinsa. Kaikki klubit saavat käyttöönsä esitäytetyn sivuston, jonka voitte muokata omaan käyttötarkoitukseenne sopivaksi. Saatte myös ohjeistuksen uuden sivuston käyttöönottoa varten. Kun sivusto on julkaisukelpoinen, voitte ilmoittaa asiasta Valakia Interactivelle sähköpostitse. Sivuston oheen kuuluu ylläpito- ja tukipalvelu, joten myös ongelmatilanteissa voitte olla yhteydessä meihin sähköpostitse: tuki@valakia.fi

This form is made to collect the required information for setting up your Rotary club website. Please fill the basic information such as club name, preferred url-address, webmaster information, contact form address and your billing information.

After the form is filled and sent, we will set up your club website. All the clubs will receive a pre-filled website, where you can edit the information to match your needs. Valakia will provide a guidance video for updating your new website. When you have modified your page and it's ready for release, please inform Valakia Interactive via email. We will then publish your website. Valakia will also provide a helpdesk and maintenance service for your club site.
