Participants living outside Vermont may participate in classes at NECCA if a. Per Vermont State Guidelines, they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to classes and b. Can show proof of vaccination. For your convenience, this form grants permission allowing the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA) to store a copy of vaccination card in our confidential digital registration system.
