THE DIPLOMATS DINNER: WAITING LIST OPEN

All spots are filled, however you can still sign up for the waiting list, if a spot comes free, the Secretary and Commissioner of External Affairs will contact you and offer you the spot.

The annual Diplomats Dinner is happening again! Organised by our lovely Dispuut BOEF, the latest edition of the dinner will take place on the 12th of May. Have you always wanted to share a meal with diplomats and ask them all those burning questions you have had for years? This is your chance! Come enjoy a delicious meal at the Van Swinderenhuys and talk with diplomats from over 17 countries from all over the world such as Austria, Japan, Ghana and Thailand!

Time: 18:00-22:00
Costs: €15,- (this includes dinner, one free drink and tea and coffee)
You can sign up until April 28th

Registration for this event is compulsory. This event is open to members and non-members. Members of SIB-Groningen will be prioritised.

In case you want to cancel your participation in this event: please send an email to treasurer@sib-groningen.nl stating the reason. If you do so before the 28th of April 2022 23:59, you will not be charged any costs. In case you cancel after the cancellation deadline has passed and nobody is able to take over your spot, it is up to the Treasurer to decide whether you can be reimbursed.
