Our Holiday Programme will run from Tuesday 2nd April 2024 to Friday 12th April 2024 at the Edge youth hub and Forest road youth hub.
All Young People attending, including those who are current and new members need to complete the attached form. It is vital we refresh our information to include emergency contacts and medical information.
The Junior Programme begins at 10am and ends at 3pm.
The Senior Programme begins at 4pm and ends at 8pm.

All Young People are required to become members via the Young Hackney Membership forms. This allows a Young Person to attend throughout the year to our services during term time. During the Holidays we request an additional electronic form for consent. This refresh Young Person Key information and provides consent for activities in the surrounding areas of the youth hub. Further information is provided on the consent section of this form.
If you are currently not a member of Young Hackney, please print and complete the paper-based membership form. If you have submitted a membership form in the past, this does not need to be submitted again.
