Cheese/bacon/white wine quiche. Joyce makes these to order, but needs a week to prepare. Individual arrangements can be made to get the quiche. Ingredients are: gruyere or swiss cheese, 4 slices of bacon, eggs, cream, a little white wine and a bit of nutmeg in a pie crust.
