PLEASE FILL OUT ALL INFORMATION TO RESERVE DVD'S FOR THE DANCE ALLIANCE SPRING CONCERTS.  ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, WE WILL SEND YOU A DANCE ALLIANCE VENMO LINK FOR YOU TO PAY YOUR DVD BALANCE.  WHEN WE RECEIVE A VENMO NOTIFICATION OF YOUR PAYMENT FOR THE DVD(S), WE WILL FILL YOUR DVD ORDER AND HAVE THEM FOR YOU TO CLAIM AT THE STUDIO DURING THE DATES LISTED BELOW.  IF YOU WISH TO UTILIZE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE FILL OUT THAT PORTION IN THE FORM.  WE WILL ALSO HAVE HARD COPY DVD ORDER FORMS AT THE STUDIO.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US AT DANCEALLIANCE@COMCAST.NET OR 734.429.9599.  THANK YOU!!!
