SGL 2023 In-person Volunteer Sign-up
Thank you for your interest in helping out at SpeedGaming Live! Please note this form is only for volunteers who are planning to attend SpeedGaming Live in person from November 9-12, 2023 in Herndon, VA.

We have a number of roles we'll be needing help with. Please read the descriptions below to decide which roles you'd like to help out with:
  • Broadcast Tech — Helping with the broadcast of matches that are being streamed.  Getting runners/commentators set up, checking volume levels, and switching scenes.
  • Check-in Desk — Register guests when they arrive and provide their credentials.
  • Proctor — Circulate around the racing area to give racer countdowns, record winners, and serve as a liaison to tournament admins for any issues that arise during unstreamed races.
  • Set-up — Help set up tables, chairs, monitors, etc. in the event space. This will take place on Wednesday, November 8th from 7am to 10pm. You must be available for some portion (though not all) of this time.
  • Tear Down — Help pack up tables, chairs, monitors, etc. from the event space. This will take place late at night on Sunday, November 12. You should be planning to stay the night either in Herndon or nearby.
  • Photography/Videography — Take pictures and video of the event for use in our social media.
