Please register below if you plan on attending our 2023 Annual Sessions in person or online. We will be gathering Thursday evening August 3 through Sunday morning August 6, 2023 at the Dickerson Friends Center near Big Lake, Alaska. Our zoom links and agenda will be shared with participants as we get closer to our gathering. Thank you for helping us develop a headcount for the best experience for all!
COVID Policy:
After much discussion, and led by a desire to make it safe for people with health conditions to feel comfortable attending in person, Representative Committee adopted the following COVID-19 policy for Annual Session.
To attend in person at the Dickerson Friends Center (DFC):
1. You must be fully vaccinated and boosted within the past 12 months, unless you are too young for a vaccination.
2. We recommend self-testing for COVID-19 before leaving home for Annual Session. If you have a positive test or are feeling ill, please do not attend Annual Session in person. Attend online instead.
3. Please self-test for
COVID-19 upon arrival at the DFC. Tests will be available at DFC. If you have a positive test you will be asked to not attend Annual Session in person.
4. Masking will be required when indoors with others, except when eating or drinking. This applies to everyone over 2 years old. Keeping masks on young children can be a challenge and we thank parents for doing their best to keep youngsters masked when indoors and in the company of non-family members.
6. All masks must be N95, KN95 or equivalent models. Please bring extras if you can.
