Chili Cook Sign-up Form
Please complete the form below. All sites are 10'x10'. Cook teams must provide their own equipment to include at minimum canopy with 10 pound weights per leg, table, chili warming equipment to maintain proper serving temperature, thermometer and a fire extinguisher. Develop a fun team name and consider decorating your booth. All teams are required to provide a minimum of 5 gallons of chili for crowd sampling for the People's Choice competition and 16oz for judging turn-in (turn-in cups will be provided). Once form is submitted organizer will contact you with the payment link and total due.

Will you be advertising a business or service at your booth? Business advertising increases entry fee as noted above. All signage must be contained inside the 10'x10' booth space. (Any product sales must be pre-approved by organizer prior to registration. Email davidterry@legacyeventsfored.org for approval) *
Is your business interested in being a sponsor for the event? Sponsorships start at $250 and include the booth registration fee. Check yes and we will contact you via the email provided. *
