IPSALU Cobra 1 - Hawaii 2024 Registration
Please fill out this form if you are interested in signing up for the March 15-18th 2024 Cobra Level 1 Initiation led by Nayano assisted by Kanixa. 

Tuition: 

  • $880 early registration / $950 after January 15th
  • $350 deposit to reserve your space
  • Full tuition due by March 5th 2024
  • Tuition includes your lodging, meals and study materials

Arrival Instructions:
  • Check-in time is 4 - 6pm at the retreat center
  • 6:00pm Dinner
  • 7:30pm Opening session

Flying in Kona Airport:
  • Have your flight arrive no later than 1pm on March 15th to arrive on time
  • It is a 2.5 -3 hour drive from Kona to the Retreat center
  • Shuttle service will leave no later than 1:30pm from Kona (exact time will depend on everyone's arrival time - you will be notified of exact pick-up time closer to the 15th)
  • Shuttle Fee from Kona: $150 if only 1 person, $75/per person 2-3 people, $60 per person if 4 people
  • Rideshares may be available - please answer all questions below to help coordinate
Flying in Hilo Airport: 
  • Have your flight arrive no later than 3:30pm on March 15th to arrive on time
  • It is an hour drive to the retreat center
  • Shuttle service will leave no later than 4pm from Hilo ( exact time will depend on everyone's arrival time - you will be notified of exact pick-up time closer to the 15th)
  • Shuttle fee from Hilo: $75 if only 1 person, $50 per person 2-4
  • Rideshares may be available - please answer all questions below to help coordinate
Departing from Kona Airport:
  • Have flight leave 4pm or later on March 18th
  • Same shuttle fees apply 
Departing from Hilo Airport:
  • Have flight leave 2pm or later on March 18th
  • Same shuttle fees apply
  • Free Bus available to Hilo look at Hele-on schedule to determine route
Cancellation Policy:
  • In event of the retreat center being sold and the new owner forcing us to cancel the event you will be fully refunded. (No buyers as of now)
  • In the event of a natural disaster preventing us from holding this event you will receive a full refund or may choose retain your credit towards the next Level 1 Cobra
  • If you need to cancel your attendance: Full refund by 1/1/2024. 50% refund by 2/1/2024. No refund if cancelled after 2/1/2024. Possible credit towards the next Level 1 Cobra depending on the circumstance.
