Hotel Papel is a new creative residency program that connects Greater New Bedford with the Azores, specifically our sister city, Horta, Faial. New Bedford and surrounding towns are invited to offer input to help shape a 2 week residency in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to bridge creative economies through an arts and cultural exchange.
