Goddexx Initiative Work Trade Program
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Goddexx Initiative!

If you would like to play a more participatory role in this event, we are offering the opportunity for you to roll up your sleeves and get involved behind the scenes. In exchange for 2 four hour shifts of work between July 19-21, 2024, you will receive early access to the good camping spots, and, of course, entry to the festival!

If accepted to be a Goddexx volunteer, you will be responsible for purchasing a non-refundable $10 volunteer ticket. If you do not show up for any amount of your work trade schedule, we will further charge you $145 on the credit or debit card used to purchase the work trade/volunteer ticket.  Please note this volunteer ticket must be purchased by June 1, 2024 and must be purchased before you will be scheduled for any volunteer duties. 

***If you back out of your volunteer duties past the date of June 19, 2024 (1 month prior to the event) you will be charged for a full event pass.***

***If you do not work all shifts assigned during the festival, you will be charged for a full event pass.***

Before we get to the application, we want to go over a few things. It is important to us that all of our Volunteers fully understand the beliefs and guidelines set forth by Goddexx Initiative to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for our attendees. 
I understand that Goddexx Initiative is a pet free event and that no pets of any species will be permitted.  

Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are welcome; however, emotional support animals will not be permitted. Please reference the following for the ADA Service Animal guidelines.

I understand that anyone 14 and older will need a ticket for entry and that I will need to arrange childcare during my work trade shifts.

I understand that in order to volunteer for work trade, I must be 18 years of age or older by the Monday before the event begins.

I understand that I must purchase a non-refundable $10 volunteer event pass in order to volunteer. 

I understand that my volunteer pass includes my access to the event and general admission camping. RV passes and additional upgrades are NOT included in my volunteer pass. 
I understand that if I back out of volunteer duties after June 19, 2024 or if I do not complete all assigned shifts at the festival, I will be charged for a full event pass.

I understand that if I am asked to leave due to any of the reasons listed above, any and all contracts between Goddexx Initiative and myself will be VOID. I understand that in these circumstances I will be charged the remaining cost of an event ticket.
