If you wish to be a member in the organisation of LiU iGEM you have to answer this formula which will be valid from the year 2019 to 2020. According to the rules of the organisation the membership needs to renewed every school year. This means that the information you give us in this formula will be saved to the end of the school year, however if you leave the organisation then you can request your information to be removed.

By filling out this formula you accept that the board of LiU iGEM can store the data you provided in this formula.
