UCF Global Health Conference 2020 - Arts in Medicine: Healing & Integration.
Saturday January 18th, 2020 at the UCF College of Medicine in Orlando, FL.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements are the same for both Oral & Poster Presentations: Intro, Objectives, Methods, Results (500 word maximum)

ORAL:

Each presenter is given 10 minutes to present their slide show, and 5 minutes for discussion and exchange with the audience, animated by the chair and co-chair of the session. Set up and technical support will be available from 8-9 AM. Oral presentations will be given from 2-3 PM.

POSTER:

All posters will be installed around the coffee break area on the first floor. Poster setup time is 8 am, and the dedicated poster session will be from 2-3 PM.

IF CHOSEN TO PRESENT:

Acceptances of both oral and poster presentations will be notified by email on a continuous basis leading up until the conference.
