-Please fill out the form below about your Kinder student. Once you fill out the information, our attendance clerk will reach out to you to set up an appointment to register your Kinder student starting July 28th.

Reminders:
You must reside in the school's attendance zone to attend Kinder at that campus. When you arrive for your appointment in July, you will need a proof of residence, guardian ID, student birth certificate, and student immunization record.

Also, your student must be five years of age by September 1st, 2020.
