Furniture/Household Items Donation Form for Sweet Dream Makers
Thank you for offering to donate your items to Sweet Dream Makers. We will gladly schedule a Pick-Up in Boca Raton, Delray Beach or Boynton Beach of your gently-used furniture and household items. Pick-ups are scheduled every Saturday (you will be able to pick your best date below) but are subject to availability. We only accept stain-free, like-new mattresses and furniture in good condition. Sweet Dream Makers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving families in need of beds and essential furnishings and your donations are tax-deductible as allowable by law. We will give you a receipt for your donated items at Pick-up.

• Bathroom items & Towels (must be in like-new condition)
• Bedding (must be like-new; no stains, tears, frays, etc.)
• Bedroom Sets (headboards, bed frames, dressers and nightstands)
• Dining tables (wood only) and chairs
• Dishes, drinking glasses, coffee mugs (no wine glasses or barware)
• Dressers
• Flat Screen TV’s
• Lamps
• Pots and pans (in good condition)
• Recliners
• Small appliances, i.e., microwaves, toasters, blenders
• Small coffee tables (No glass or heavy marble)
• Small TV Stands/Media Units
• Small Desks and Chair(s)
• Sofas and Sectionals (family-friendly only; we do not take white or light-colored sofas)

NON-ACCEPTABLE ITEMS (WE CANNOT TAKE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS):
King Beds, Electric/medical beds, Large Armoires/Wall Units, China Cabinets, Glass Dining/Coffee Tables, Wine Glasses & barware, Pet items, Toys & Clothing, Old TV’s/Electronics, Outdoor furniture, Baby Cribs, Books.
NOTE: ALL MATTRESS DONATIONS MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION, FREE OF STAINS, HOLES OR OTHER DAMAGE.

For each piece of Furniture listed above, please let us know if the furniture has any markings, tears or other damage. If there is none, please state "None." *
We need to see photos of the items that you would like to donate. You can do this by emailing them to us at Donations@SweetDreamMakers.org. Please indicate below how many photos you are sending below so we know we got them all. *
Please tell us anything else that you think we should know about the items that you would like to donate, i.e., bed and bedding size, how many chairs you are donating? Or if you have a question for us, please write it here.
