GCEC Application Process:

1.  Parents of students interested in the Georgia College Early College Program must complete this application no later than 3:00 p.m., March 27, 2020. Please check all responses before clicking "submit".

2. At the end of this application, you will be asked to enter the email address of a current teacher, principal, or guidance counselor you would like to submit a recommendation for your child. This application and recommendation(s) must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., March 27, 2020.

4. A copy of your child's application will be automatically submitted to your email address, the GCEC office, and the office of your child's home school (Oak Hill Middle School, Putnam County Middle School, Baldwin High School, or Putnam County High School).

5. A copy of your child' recommendation(s) will be automatically submitted to the recommender, the GCEC office, and the office of your child's home school.

This commitment includes agreeing to keep your child at GCEC for at least one year. If at the end of any year, your child is unwilling or unable to continue studies at GCEC, he/she will be reassigned to his/her home school. Also, any attendance or behavior problems may be sufficient cause to rescind any admission granted. *

This does not include automatic acceptance into and/or tuition assistance from Georgia College & State University, Central Georgia Technical College, or Georgia Military College upon high school graduation. *
