- Please CHECK THE SIZE TABLE of your chosen item carefully! Sizing may differ per item type.
Note that positioning of the logos may differ slightly from the images (all items will have small logo on the chest on the front and a large logo on the back).
Pricing are estimates (min/max); be sure to be ok with the max price. The final price will depend on the total number of items ordered (we envisage this price will be lower than the max price, as we assume many members will want these fantastic items!)

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
Tick the colour and size of the item(s) you wish to order. You can order multiple colours of the same item or multiple different items. If you wish to order more than one of the same item in the same colour and size, you will need complete a second form.
We will contact you if your preferred colour is not available in your size when we place the order. If you wish, you can list your second choice colour(s) in the comment section at the end of the form (make sure to specify which item this applies to); we will then order this colour instead.
