2025/2026 LOUIS ARMSTRONG MIDDLE SCHOOL HIGHLY ACCELERATED MATH AND ACADEMIES APPLICATION

Fill out the form below to take the test for the Highly Accelerated Math Pathway (which includes the Math Academy) or to sign up for an audition for the Performing Arts Academy.

If you are interested in the Highly Accelerated Math Pathway, you must pick a date to take the highly accelerated math test. The Highly Accelerated Math Test will be administered on two dates, Tuesday, February 25th and Tuesday, April 29th, at 2:30. STUDENTS MAY TAKE THE TEST TWICE AND IT IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY IN THE FIFTH GRADE. The Highly Accelerated Math Pathway test is for any student interested in the Math Academy, or for any prospective Performing Arts Magnet and/or SAGE Magnet students, as well as Performing Arts Academy student, who are interested in the highly accelerated math pathway.

If you are interested in applying to the Performing Arts Academy only, please click the appropriate box and we will contact you with audition information. The Performing Arts Academy auditions will be held during the week of March 17th.

You may only apply to the Academies if Louis Armstrong is your home school OR if you've been accepted through the Affiliated Charter Lottery draw, which took place on February 7th, 2025.
