FB Ads Intensive Course - Certificate and Survey Form
We will be issuing a Certificate of Course Attendance and Action Items Completion to the students following the below requirements:

1. Must have done and submitted the all required Action Items.

- For Basic Package Only Students - Please fill out the Basic Package link field only.

- For Intermediate Package Only Students - Please fill out the Intermediate Package link field only.

- For Advanced Package Only Students - Please fill out the Advanced Package link field only.

- For Freedom Package Students - Please fill out all the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced link fields.

2. Only 1 PUBLIC video link (Loom, Google Drive or Dropbox) per Action Item submission. Example, 1 video link for Basic Action Items, 1 video link for Intermediate Action Items, and 1 video link for Advanced Action Items.

3. Must complete the webinar survey below.

Weekly cut off for submissions is every Thursday. Checking and feedback via email will be done within 2 weeks.

Once all Action Items are correctly done, Certificate of Course Attendance and Action Items Completion will be emailed within 3 weeks following the weekly cut off submission.

Example Timeline:
Sept 2 - Submitted Google Form (all Basic, Intermediate and Advanced action items are required to be submitted on 1 form only)

Sept 3 - Weekly cut off

Sept 3 to Sept 17 - Checking and feedback via email

Sept 17 to Sept 24 - Sending of Certificate of Course Attendance and Action Items Completion via email
