This program requires a commitment of five 12-hour days in Dover throughout the quarter. If you are selected to participate, you understand and acknowledge that this time commitment is expected of you. Selected participants will work closely with Chef Evan Hennessey to solidify a schedule that does not interfere with any existing commitments.   *
