・お申込みは複数希望を受付けいたします。優先順位を付けてご応募ください。
・複数点が当選する可能性があります。必ず、当選した際に確実にコレクション(お支払い)いただける作品のみご応募ください。
・ギャラリーから購入確定の通知が届いた時点で正式に購入確定となります。購入確定のお知らせは随時メールにてお知らせさせていただきます。尚、不当選の場合はご案内致しません。ご了承下さい。
・申込み作品の購入確定から7日以内にお振込みでのご入金をお願い致します。
・購入確定後のキャンセルはできませんのでご注意下さい。
・作品は宅配便での着払いか、ギャラリーでのお引き渡しとなります。お引き渡し時期は会期後2〜3週間ほどを目処に、ご用意が出来ましたらメールでご連絡いたします。
・希望作品について、全ての作品が当選する場合がございます。その点ご了承ください。
・購入権の譲渡及び転売目的の購入は厳禁と致します。biscuit galleryでは作品転売の禁止期間をお引渡し時点から3年間とさせていただいております。ご理解、ご協力のほどよろしくお願い致します。
・作品のお渡しまでに１ヶ月ほどいただくことがございます。準備が整いましたら、ご記入いただいたメールアドレスまでご連絡さしあげます。
・お申込みを頂いた時点で、上記内容にご了承いただいたものといたします。

Terms and Conditions:
- You can request as many works as you wish
- You will receive a confirmation email from us if your request is accepted
*If you do not receive any emails from us within 2 weeks, please understand that means the request has not been accepted.
- The payment must be done within a week after the invoice is issued
- An applicant must agree to pay for the price we invoice. Any discount request or further won't be accepted.
- We DO NOT accept any cancellation after the payment is done.
- biscuit gallery uses UPS or Hubnet express to deliver. Other options can be negotiated but it is an applicant’s responsibility if any damages occur to the artworks during the delivery.
- Authority of purchase is held only by an applicant themselves.
- You might be chosen to collect several works altogether. Please request the artworks that you can surely collect (pay for).
- There is a possibility that you would be chosen for all the works you request. Please understand this in advance and proceed with your request.
- Resale and assignment of the artwork within 3 years from the date of receiving are strongly prohibited.
- It may take about a month or a bit longer until we finish packing the artwork. We will inform you via email address you give us in this form when we are ready.
- Your application is considered as you agree to all the terms above
