If you have a club that would like to rent the clubhouse, free of charge, please fill out the following form and someone will be in touch with you regarding availability.  

To qualify for the Free Bella Casa Club Clubhouse Rental, you must meet the following guidelines:
1) All clubs must be free to join and open to all Bella Casa Residents. Bella Casa Social Committee will list any club events (color-coded as Non-HOA Sponsored Club events) on our website calendar and add your club information on the Non-HOA Sponsored Club page found at www.bcsocialevents.com - Please provide any information you would like added to the website.
2) At least 75% of all attendees must be Bella Casa Residents. Residents can not use this offer to host groups that are not based in Bella Casa.
3) Rentals are limited to once a month per club.
4) The free rental excludes for-profit classes of individual homeowners.
5) It is understood that with the free rental, renters are responsible for leaving the clubhouse in the condition found - you must clean up after yourselves and remove all trash when you leave.

Please familiarize yourself with the Clubhouse Rules of Use mentioned below:

Clubhouse Rules of Use
1. No unlawful activity is to be conducted in the clubhouse.
2. No smoking is permitted inside the clubhouse.
3. No animals are permitted inside the clubhouse.
4. No stapling or taping of banners and/or streamers to walls.
5. No glitter is allowed at any time.
6. Smoke machines are not allowed.
7. Furniture is not to be moved to any exterior areas of the clubhouse.
8. Folding tables and chairs must be set up before the event and returned to the storage closet at the
conclusion of the event.
9. In an effort to control the temperature inside the clubhouse year-round, please DO NOT prop the
doors open. To enable the units to function properly, do NOT turn on the fans on the thermostat.
10. The number of attendees to any event shall not exceed 100 persons. This number is non-negotiable.
11. Adequate adult supervision of minors is required at all times during a reservation.
12. Commercial activity is permitted with prior approval of the Board; however, events open to the public
or for which an admission is charged are strictly prohibited.
13. Remove all decorations, signs, and other personal belongings.
14. Pick up any trash on the porch and grounds resulting from your event and place in the dumpster behind
the Clubhouse.
15. You must cleanup after yourselves. If the floors need to be swept or mopped, you will be responsible for doing so since the club rentals don't include a cleaning fee.
16. At the end of your rental, please turn off all lights prior to leaving and see that all doors and windows
are locked.
17. Please remember the Bella Casa Clubhouse is owned by the HOA and located in a residential
neighborhood. Loud PA systems, unruly guests, parking violations, etc. will not be tolerated. There is
an Agent’s Agreement between the HOA and the Town of Apex Police Department. The police will be
contacted to address any violations of the law or Town Ordinances.
18. Bounce Houses or similar, require Certificate of Liability Insurance for the date of the Reservation.
Remember you will be liable for any landscape damages/repairs if held on HOA grounds.
19. Any maintenance issues, problems or emergencies must be reported immediately to Omega
Management (919) 461-0102. After Hours calls will be forwarded to the Emergency On-Call Manager.

IF THE CLUBHOUSE IS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY AFTER EACH USE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CLEANING FEE OF $135.
