AFMS Winter-Palooza Student APPLICATION
We would like to officially offer spaces to some of our Student Entrepreneurs. We have been asked if students can participate in the past and we decided to officially make this an option.  If chosen they will get a space big enough for a 6ft table, the fee is $20 (you must provide the table).  2 students can share a space. They each must apply separately and be chosen. If you have any questions, please send us an email: events@afmsptsa.org

Please verify that you have read and agree to this waiver - WAIVER:  I will not hold Apex Friendship Middle School, the AFMS PTSA or any individual working with these two parties responsible for personal injury, damage to property or theft, nor will I be a party to any legal action against them.  I have read and understand the terms and conditions of The Apex Friendship Middle School Winter-Palooza 2022. *
