Queer Quarterly is looking for art that reflects on the QUEER SPIRIT. Artwork that invokes, inspires, and promotes queer beliefs and queer spirituality will be considered across all genres.

Queer Quarterly Magazine is published as four quarterly e-documents. Articles are syndicated between publications on QueerQuarterly.com, KRyanHenisey.com, and PatternandMatrix.com

The spirit issue (3) submissions are now open.
Submissions close Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Issue release scheduled for Monday, September 20, 2021.

The spirit issue (3) seeks images of fine art works on the theme of Queer spirituality. All media will be considered with an emphasis on 2D fine art and photography.

Submission Requirements
All submissions must be the sole creative property of the applicant or applicant group and must be original in content.

Fine art should be previously unpublished to web or print platforms (excluding social media). Images should be high quality and ready for print production.

Releases must be provided (if selected) for all subjects in published materials.

All images must be submitted via email as .JPG files. Please use YOUR_NAME_TITLE.JPG as the naming convention for your files.

Use Rights
If selected for publication in Queer Quarterly Magazine, I agree that publication rights, including use across web, social media, and press are granted to 'K Ryan Henisey' and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to 'Queer Quarterly Magazine' and 'Pattern & Matrix,' in perpetuity. As the artist, I will retain all rights to my work for subsequent publication and promotion.

Twelve (12) images maximum. Please limit your total submission to 10 megabytes.

FILES MUST BE LABELED using the following convention: YOUR_NAME_TITLE.JPG No other image file types will be considered. Audio and video submissions may be sent as recognizable (YouTube, Vimeo, etc) links.
