Do you want to give back to Young Adult Cancer Canada and its community? Are you interested in helping us build and strengthen the foundation that thousands of young adults affected by cancer stand on? If so, this is for you!

Many people in our community connect with us with offers to help, give back to their peers, with creative ideas for articles or activities, etc. Up until now, we have recruited volunteers based on our immediate needs having a separate application for each role. We now want to expand the opportunities to be engaged and make it easier for those of you who are interested to contribute! We want to build a beautiful list of people interested in contributing one way or another to YACC and our community.

Depending on your interest and our needs, we might connect quickly with you for additional information or it could take a little while, but we will keep this list going and will connect each time there is an opportunity. If timing lines up for you when we reach out, great and if not, all cool we will connect again.

Please note: the majority of our support volunteer positions (i.e. Chats, Localife, YACCtivist, etc) are filled by YACCers (those diagnosed with cancer between 0-39 and their young adult supporters). If you are not a YACCer but still want to help we do have potential roles in administration, fundraising and operations. Please choose the appropriate role below.
