Citizen lobbying simply means to speak with your legislator about an issue you care about and to let them know how you'd like them to support this issue. That face to face connection is one of your most powerful tools in ensuring that the voice of the people is heard.
HEAL will be present, either virtually and/or in-person in room 105 of the Capitol Building every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am-12:00pm, January 18th - March 4th! Join HEAL Utah for a couple of hours where you can learn to lobby on behalf of air quality, clean energy, and a healthy climate.
Never lobbied before? That's okay, HEAL will be with you every step of the way, we'll even have opportunities to practice while at the Capitol. Can't make the days listed below? That's okay too! A member of the HEAL team will be at the Capitol every day of the session and we are happy to meet you whenever works for you.
Together we can make Utah a better place for humans and our environment.
