Instructions:
Use this form to enter your daily step count and other wellness activities completed for Week 2: Nov 20-26, 2023.
Wellness includes activities that promote body and mind balance - and are trackable!
- Note the number of steps recorded by your phone, step counter app, or fitness watch (1 step = 1 point)
- Add 5000 points for other 30 minute interval of physical or mindfulness activity (examples below)
- Enter your total for the day
Wellness activities include:
- physical movement like walking, running, or biking
- physical exercises (HIIT, strength training)
- mindfulness practices like meditation or yoga
- can be tracked such as with a meditation/journaling app, exercise tracker app.
Example: 5000 steps (5000 pts) + 45 minute yoga (7500 pts) + 15 min meditation (2500 pts) = 15,000 wellness points
