This form is for community groups (specifically hospitals, clinics, rescue squads, paramedics, and nursing homes) who need 3D printed face shields in the DC Metro Area. Currently, we are printing two models of face shields, reusable and single use. The frame is fabricated with 3D printed filament, while the shield is cut from a thinner plastic material like PETG. The reusable masks are made from materials that are easy to sterilize and are acceptable for several decontamination methods. Both of the face shields that we are producing have been tested and reviewed favorably at Emory University and in Seattle hospitals. If there is a specific piece of equipment you are running out of, please let us know and we will try to find a 3D model or create our own. We will work closely with you through this process to determine how we can most efficiently assist your organization.
