Thank you for your interest in Synergy Performing Arts Academy. We would love to have you "Join the Movement." In order to prepare for your arrival, we need the following information. Please complete the form below to schedule a free trial week. A staff member will contact you within 3 business days to review the class times, clothing or shoes needed, and discuss our studio policies. Limit: 1 free trial week per student and available only on classes with open enrollment. Free Trial Classes are not available for special or mini-mester classes.
