After you fill out this order request, you should submit payment using Zelle using your online banking or Zelle app or an invoice will be sent to the email provided in this form. We will contact you via email with an invoice within 24 hours of your completed form.
Flower basket must be picked up Friday, May 9th at Ryan Brunner from 3pm to 7pm. Any basket not picked up by 7pm May 9th will be donated.
