As part of our School Self Evaluation process we would be grateful if you would take a couple of minutes to complete this survey.  The results of this survey will provide valuable data that will enable us to identify and implement actions to help improve our students' wellbeing, motivation and engagement with learning.  

Our aim is to gather and analyse this data quickly so that we can work on implementing targeted actions in a timely manner. Therefore it would be greatly appreciated if the survey could be completed before Wednesday 8th February.
