Edgewood Senior Yard Sign Order Form
Send payment via PayPal to edgewoodprojectgrad@gmail.com or drop a check off in the main office. One yard sign costs $55. If you'd like a second (or more) signs, they are $25. If you did a parent sponsorship/donation of at least $50 earlier this year, you get one sign for FREE and DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM unless you want more than one sign. Signs will be available for pick up from Edgewood after Spring Break, date/time TBD. Signs are single-sided, 24x18 inches, poly/plastic material with metal stake.
